Hahaha, yay color~ And color pencils right?
Well you said yourself that it could be better,
I'm just gonna suggest a few things:

With color pencils, you want to layer layer layer, and never use just one color. EG: for your pants, start with maybe a yellow, then add the blue, you can shade the blue with some green or purple. Just try using different colors like this on a seperate sheet of paper~ Anyhow, this way adds a lot more deph. :d (don't forget to keep all the layers light! the more layers, the darker it should get.)

I don't think this really applies to this image, because nothing's really THAT shiny, well, maybe your hair. Point being, before drawing, lightly sketch out the white and make a deal with yourself to never touch those. Heh, my teacher says that things like white color pencils and white watercolor shouldn't exist, you really gotta use the white of the paper.

I see you added some blue into Titan's hoof, well don't be afraid to add more colors into the other black parts too! Dark green, purple, blue, and brown all work very well~

I'm kinda old school...like really old school. So the thought of adding in weird colors freaks me out. I generally just keep to one color for comfort sake, plus I just think it's my style: bland.

Though I will keep the highlights thing in mind next time.

and another to venture out and try new things.
In the end though, it's really all up to you,

but I'd encourage experimenting, and hey!
What's so bad about having several styles?
